Description:

Chestnut, white blaze with spot, sock right front, tall sock right hind, up in front. HOLST. brand no. 25

Grading description: Big stallion of good type. Beautiful head. Well set, suitable size neck. Medium long, sloping shoulder. Medium long withers. Good top-line. Long, muscular croup. Legs correct confirmation, strongly toes-out left front, dry behind. Movements good in walk, extremely good with good rhryhm in trot and extremely good and roomy with good balance in the canter. 8-7-7-8-5-7-7-8-8-8

Material description: The material test was made in Neustadt (Dosse) in Germany 2003. In total the stallion was given 137,98 points and placed 2nd of 46. In dressage, 137,47 points and placed 3rd of 46. In jumping 131,33 points and placed 2nd of 46. Almoretto was reserve champion at the performance test. During his 70 test days, he has obtained 3 X the maximal , 10 for its character, facility and capacity to jump.
Own acheivement: His versatile disposition is backed up by his pedigree. His sire Alcatraz (breeding index: dressage 129, jumping 133) and his grandsire Coriander (breeding index: dressage 122, jumping 124) are known to pass on their qualities to their offspring. The damline has produced numerous competition horses at S-level. Three wins in classes for young showjumpers with a score of 8.7 and better reinforce our estimation: this one is going to be a great performer.

Foal Description: His first crop fulfils our expectations: most of his big-framed, dark-coated and tremendously moving foals have achieved premium status.

Other remarks: A stallion characterized by a big frame and excellent conformation as well as above average basic gaits with free, supple, and extremely elastic movement. In his stallion performance test at Neustadt/Dosse in 2003, Almoretto achieved very high scores and finished second. Almoretto shows large capacities to the jump, with a lot of power, ability and technique. A phenomenon endowed with an excellent conformation and  inherited build of the athlete Holstein.
