Description: Liver chestnut. Running star blaze ending pink in left nostril. White on inside of pastern right front. High sock with spots on coronet band left front. High sock on both hind legs. OS-brand 29 left thigh.

Grading Description: Sizable stallion of extremely good type. Beautiful head. Well-set neck. Medium-long shoulder. Medium-long well-marked withers. Slightly long loin. Well-shaped croup. Dry legs with correct conformation. Gaits are extremely good and elastic. Grades: 9-8-8-7-7-9-9.

Material Description: The Material test was performed in Adelheidsdorf, Germany in 1997. The stallion was given 133,36 overall and placed 2nd out of 40. In dressage the stallion was given 154,93 and places 1st out of 40. In jumping the stallion was given 91,80 and placed 24th out of 40.

Own Achievement: Don Schufro qualified for the 2004 Olympics after only two outings. As Andreas Helgstrand qualified Blue Hors Cavan as well he chose to bring him, as he is more experienced. The German Equestrian Federation released the "Breeding Value" (Zuchtwert) of licensed sport horse stallions for 2005. Leading sire for the 2005 Breeding Value is the Oldenburg Grand Prix stallion Don Schufro (Breeding Value: 178 points, Assurance 90 %). Awarded Elite stallion in 2004.

Other Remarks: The sire Donnerhall is a top dressage stallion. He has several Grand Prix wins including a team gold at the World Championships in Rome in 1998. He has more than 50 approved sons and in 1997 he was selected Stallion of The Year in Germany. Don Schufro's dam sire Pik Bube I was also an international dressage stallion with 11 victories in S-dressage within one season. The combination of Donnerhall and Pik Bube I has produced true top quality horses. Don schufro's dam, Fiesta, is sister to Fantasia who is the dam of Don Primero, who sired Donnerhall. Fabina, a sister to Don Schufro was selected as best mare in Oldenburg in 2003. From the dams linage (Vornholzer Hauptlinie der Finlanderin) are several breeding stallions and international sporthorses. Don Schufro had a succesfull 2003. Sire to champion stallion in Denmark for the second year in a row Don Romantic, and premium stallion Don Caruso.
